Suggested Use: Start with 1 teaspoon per day, and increase gradually over two weeks to suggested use of 1 tablespoon per day. Mix into structured water (preferably chilled), fresh vegetable/fruit juices, blended in a smoothie, or sprinkled on/or mixed with foods. Vitamineral Green™ is a food.
